On a regular basis, I lecture and examine in the field of marketing, communication and change. I provide guest lectures, evaluate theses and develop online, offline and blended master classes at and for various colleges and universities.
I helped organizations in change to design innovative on-boarding programs. The community-based programs enabled new hires to help their organizations to achieve their purpose ambitions, as well as their own.
Various organizations asked me to help them to get a change started. I.a. a multinational in finance that wanted to use NPS more effectively. I composed and facilitated the inspiration program, including engaging communication.
